Article 2 - Identity of the Entrepreneur
Supplier Address:
71–75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM
Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions are available for inspection at the entrepreneur's business premises and will be sent free of charge to the consumer upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can store them on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, the general terms and conditions will be made available electronically before the distance contract is concluded and sent to the consumer free of charge upon request.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply accordingly, and in case of contradictory conditions, the consumer may always rely on the most favorable version.
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or annulled, the remaining provisions will remain fully applicable.
Situations not covered by these terms must be interpreted "in the spirit" of these general terms and conditions.
Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions will be interpreted "in the spirit" of these terms.
Article 4 - The Offer
If an offer is subject to a limited duration or conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is detailed enough to enable the consumer to assess the offer properly.
If the entrepreneur uses images, they are a truthful representation of the products/services offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for the entrepreneur.
All images and data are indicative and may not give rise to compensation or cancellation of the contract.
Each offer includes information from which the consumer can clearly understand their rights and obligations, such as taxes, customs clearance, shipping fees, delivery methods, payment conditions, and the existence of a right of withdrawal.
Article 5 - The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the consumer accepts electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt without delay.
As long as this confirmation has not been received, the consumer may dissolve the contract.
For electronic contracts, the entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data transmission and ensure a secure website.
The entrepreneur may verify the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations and, based on findings, may refuse an order or attach special conditions.
Upon delivery, the entrepreneur provides the following in writing or on a durable medium:
-
Company address for complaints
-
Conditions and process for withdrawal
-
Existing after-sales services and warranties
-
Any other legally required information.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
This period begins the day after receiving the product.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully, inspecting it only as necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing or via email within 14 days.
The product must then be returned within 14 days of this notification.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they will bear the return shipping costs.
If the consumer has already paid, the entrepreneur will refund the amount within 14 days of withdrawal, provided the goods are received or proof of return is supplied.
Article 8 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for certain products or services, such as:
-
Custom or personalized items
-
Perishables
-
Sealed hygiene products once unsealed
-
Audio, video, or software with broken seals
-

Article 9 - Price
Prices will not be increased during the validity of the offer, except for VAT adjustments.
Variable pricing is possible for products tied to financial market fluctuations.
Any price increases within three months are only allowed if required by law.
After three months, price increases are valid only if agreed upon, and the consumer may cancel the contract.
All prices exclude VAT and are subject to customs duties and taxes.
Obvious typographical errors are not binding.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products and/or services comply with the contract, offer description, and legal requirements.
Any guarantee does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
Warranty equals the manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse, self-repair, or external tampering.
Article 11 - Delivery and Performance
The entrepreneur will handle orders with the utmost care.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be processed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delays occur, the consumer may cancel the contract and request a refund within 14 days.
If a product is unavailable, a replacement may be offered, with the right to cancel preserved.
The entrepreneur bears the risk until delivery.
Article 12 - Duration and Termination
Termination
Consumers may terminate indefinite contracts at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.
Fixed-term contracts may be terminated at the end of the term.
Renewals for indefinite periods may be terminated anytime.
Trial subscriptions end automatically unless otherwise agreed.
Article 13 - Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, consumer payments must be made within 7 business days of the reflection period or confirmation receipt.
Consumers must report inaccuracies immediately.
In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge legally permitted collection fees.
Article 14 - Complaints
Complaints must be described clearly and submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.
If a complaint requires longer, a response timeline will be communicated.
If no solution is found, a dispute is considered to exist.
Filing a complaint does not suspend obligations unless agreed in writing.
If valid, the entrepreneur may replace or repair the product free of charge.
Article 15 - Disputes
Contracts between the consumer and the entrepreneur to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by UK law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
