At LondonCharme™, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or issues regarding our shipping or product, please email us — our team will assist you immediately.

● RETURN POLICY:

Exchange: 14 business days from the delivery date in new condition with no visible wear. The buyer must cover the return shipping costs if the item is not covered by our manufacturing defect warranty and the exchange is not due to our error.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

  • Damage caused by accident

  • Improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading or deterioration due to sun exposure

Returns/exchanges of items that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.

● REFUND:

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with your order: You purchased LondonCharme™ products less than 14 days ago and wish to return them. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned items.

  • The product you purchased is completely non-functional.

  • You did not receive your product within 60 or 90 business days.

● Please note:
*The following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, lingerie and sleepwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves and bags).
*Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
*Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
*Customers will only be charged once for shipping fees (this also applies to returns). Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for the return of the product.

You may return your order within 14 days, and we’ll ensure the purchase amount is credited back to your account within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or email support@londoncharme.shop and include your order number.

Step 2: Submit your return.
Send the package with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Be sure to include a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the refund in your bank account.
As soon as we receive the package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.
